About Us

Founder Story

We don’t talk about this enough, but so many women go through divorces that leave them emotionally drained, isolated, and buried under stigma. Different stories, same sting.
For one of our founders, it meant navigating intense cultural expectations and judgment. For the other, it meant facing emotional trauma, financial changes, and identity loss without a roadmap.
They met during a USC MBA trip in Vietnam, swapped stories over a spa day, and realized something powerful: there are endless resources to help people get married… but almost none to help them leave one.
Even though 70% of divorces are initiated by women, the silence and shame around it are still very real. That needed to change.
That’s when Knott Working was born.
We’re here to support women through every stage of divorce: offering legal, financial, emotional, and identity-focused resources all in one place. No judgment. Just real help from people who’ve been there.

At Knott Working, we believe

Divorce isn’t failure.

Healing isn’t selfish.

And no woman should go through it alone.

If you or someone you know is facing divorce, send them our way. We’ve got her.
We are breaking norms & setting new standards. Let’s rewrite the narrative, together.
